UNLIMITED WARRANTY FOR CERAMIC PARTS

Kamado Bono provides a warranty from the date of sale to the first buyer under the following conditions and for the specified periods:
• Minimo, Media, Zalgiris, Grande, Limited, Picnic grills come with unlimited warranty for all ceramic parts, applicable to individual purchasers using the grill for non-commercial purposes.
• 2-year warranty applies to commercial users or those using the grill for commercial purposes.
• Other parts of these grills come with a 2-year statutory warranty.
• Hibachi grill is covered by a 2-year warranty.
Ceramic parts include: body, firebox, fire ring, and deflectors.
This warranty applies in all cases where the grill or its components are used for their intended purpose, adhering to the manufacturer's instructions, two-zone cooking system instructions, and Kamado Bono recommendations.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If any product covered by this warranty is found to have defects, the product will either be repaired or replaced at our branch in the country of purchase, or a new part will be sent to the purchaser, who can replace it independently with our remote consultation. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. If defects occur due to improper assembly, maintenance, repair, modification, or storage, or if the grill or its parts are used contrary to the instructions or for purposes other than those intended, the warranty will not apply. Additionally, warranty coverage does not extend to metal parts that show rust or oxidation, unless the structural integrity of the grill has been compromised.

This warranty is only valid when purchasing products from Kamado Bono representatives or authorised distributors. Warranty service is provided only in the country where the grill was purchased.

The grill should only be used with high-quality hardwood charcoal, ignited with dry fire starters or an electric igniter. The use of wood, briquettes, flammable liquids, or other unsuitable fuels is strictly prohibited, as such practices will void the warranty.

Minor defects such as ceramic micro-cracks (e.g., spider cracks), aesthetic imperfections that do not affect the grill's functionality, or minor cosmetic defects that can be easily addressed (e.g., minor glaze chips) are not considered under warranty.
